Forgot to mention I was missing valve stem caps and they didn’t replace my key lug nuts.. gave me standard ones.

Communication was a bit lacking and car was not even completely fixed when told ready for pickup. After driving home noticed even more problems while driver side door panel buttons were not working. Safety hazard as could not work mirrors or windows from driver side.

Luis was great with providing updates for my repair. Otherwise, the customer service was lacking and lazy in their providing me with timely progess reports and were not proactive in scheduling my insurance to evaluate the claim. I waited an entire month unecessarily for my car that was completely operable. I was instructed to bring my car in on a thursday and it sat their without being touched for a week and a half.
