Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible repairs with lifetime guarantees. We have two frame machines and use the chief measuring system. We have to paint booth and we spray Sikkens (akzonobel). We have 5 Body techs and 2 painters to get your vehicle done in a timely manner.

I never got the chance to see the repairs on my auto even when I paid my deductible because my auto was allegedly stolen from your place and damaged. I received an estimate for the first claim but after the alleged theft, I asked for another estimate to file another claim to my insurance company, we were denied the estimate. I was treated with disrespect when I picked my damaged auto up by a lady who cashed me out. Upon cashing out , my wife walked out to check the auto and she stopped talking to me and alerted the young man who drove the auto to the front and stated to him to go back outside and stand with the auto as if we were going to steal a vehicle that we pay for. I thought it was rude and disrespectful. She kept arguing about what the shop don't do as far as estimates until we showed her a copy of the previous estimate. My experience was one that will never allow myself or family to step foot into your establishment. I felt the lady's responses were rude and disrespectful. I also felt that we were due an apology from the owner and that didn't happen. Overall experience is mind blowing! I can write a whole book on this experience but will end it here. I am so disappointed in my hometown business the way we were treated after the incident, she made us feel like we were the alleged thieves! I believe her name was Liz, I could be wrong.
