And then the man named Ken blamed it on me because he's not that smart so he blames the customer for his lack of knowledge

They suck they didn't solve my problem they changed my battery and it was not charging I even mentioned the alternator they told me no it's not the alternator I get home and my car is dead again and will not start because it is the alternator so they suck at their job then I call them to tell them and I don't get a return phone call so obviously these guys are bad at their job
