This is my second time with Star and both times I didn't feel that the work was to the highest quality. The first time was better communication, but the second time was poor communication. They were prompt with taking the pictures for me, and they were polite with talking to me, however I felt the whole experience wasn't what I would recommend to a family member or friend.

I felt the quality was okay. I felt that there are areas for improvement... the fit was okay, I was told that on an older car you don't always get a good fit. i.e. there were flecks on the lights that I had to scrap off.

The customers service people were polite, although they said they understood what I was saying when I was dropping off and through other phone calls, yet they actually didn't by they way the work was handled. I clearly expressed, if they had any questions to call and they didn't. I was told when they took it apart they would have answers for me but they never called and fixed without input from me.
