I can not say enough about Alan and the staff at Star collision. They were all so helpful and accommodating, I was leaving to visit my children in Charlotte and Savannah and did not want to drive my car with a broken taillight and dent in the rear bumper it was a tight timeline but Alan actually had it completed a day early

No one wants to have to contact a body shop, but in the two times I have needed them, Star has been "stellar". They fixed my Genesis GV60 Performance when a tree dropped a limb on the hood (frunk), and now made fantastic repairs to a brand new Santa Cruz that was rear ended. I have been extremely happy with how well the entire process was handled, from rental car to return and pick up of my vehicle. You would not be able to tell there was any damage done, it is perfect, as it should be. Thanks to Tyler, Steven and everyone who worked on this, I will recommend you highly and use no other facility for my own needs.
