The only down side is the glacial slowness of the repair. After allowing 2 weeks to order parts before transport to the shop the repair took 7 weeks complete.

Aaron killed it on the customer service he thought about things I didn’t. There was further damage to my toe hitch receiver, which I didn’t even see. I told them 18,000 pounds at times. Really glad he took the time to find it.

I was more than satisfied. Everyone at Status Symbol treated me with nothing but respect & Jessica was absolutely amazing! I was hit by another driver who was covered by State Farm. State Farm wanted to deny some of the damage done to my Tesla, but Status Symbol went ahead & fixed it anyway free of charge because they felt bad for how I was being treated. This place goes above & beyond & my car looks just like it did when it was brand new!

From my very first conversation with Aaron Premo, my experience with Status Symbol Auto Body was fantastic. Aaron made me completely welcome and explained the process of repairing my car, went out of his way to make sure the rental car would pick me up at his location. He made sure that everything was explained completely with the repair on my car and displayed genuine concern that I understood the process. He also explained that Subaru works with the body shop so I could be assured that they would make sure everything was repaired properly, with extreme care and precision. He explained the whole process and communicated regularly to give me an update as to where we were in the process of the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend Status Symbol Auto Body.
