I loved the emails and the regular calls (to my husband, not me) about updates on my car. It was nice to stay informed about what was going on and continuing to know about when the car would be ready. I also appreciated the staff's effort to begin work immediately, to ensure that I was able to return the rental car within the 30-day mark, at which point I would've had to pay for the rental car out of pocket. Thank you!

First I would like to say that Greg is one of the most professional person I have ever had the pleasure doing business with. He kept me informed daily. The staff that did the repairs to my vehicle were very helpful in getting me back on the road. If I could rate this shop on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 50!
