Great communication and updates. The body work was very good. Only reason it is not a 10 (perfect) is the the rear door alignment is slightly off from the factory alignment. Not a problem but not perfect.

The ever moving time frame was honestly pretty awful, but I know that's not always in your control. I would try again for a different service before recommending!!

The only struggle I had was in initially dropping off my vehicle, where I was told I could drop off my vehicle after 5pm due to a work constraint and a confusing email thread where it seemed like multiple people were responding from the same email address, all with different information and a redundant ask. After that everyone I spoke with was kind and consistent.

All I have to say is the wait time was unacceptable, every day received an email stating when vehicle would be ready and every day it wasn't ready. Took way too long. Service has gone downhill clast vehicle repaired there,
