In the end, our car was completed in a relatively short time span which was appreciated; however, there was a clear lack in good customer service. I waited for a long time when dropping off the car because the admin had not paged the car rental guy. She looked at me and said, does Enterprise know you're here? I wanted to say, you're the one who works here and knows the protocol but I refrained. The email system which the shop made to sound like I would get constant updates was absolutely silent and when I did get an update, it was delayed or inaccurate. On Friday, I received an update that my car would be ready the following Tuesday, I was frustrated and called the shop only to learn that my car would actually be ready for pick up that day. I would much rather go back to Today's Collision in Malden next time we need service.
