They dealt with the insurance company, scheduled my rental, and were able to provide updates on when the car would be ready on a regular basis. The process was seamless from drop-off to pickup. There was a rental waiting for me when I got there, they kept me updated by text the whole time. I've never had a body shop experience as good as Stephen's.

Fantastic service, Stephen's managed everything with insurance including my rental with the partnered Enterprise arrangement they have. Dropped my car off, got in my rental and was back in a week to pickup my car. Front end bumper and spoiler replacement...stellar work. Staff inside offered clear guidance on the process and entire experience.
