The process was seamless from drop-off to pickup. There was a rental waiting for me when I got there, they kept me updated by text the whole time. I've never had a body shop experience as good as Stephen's.

Fantastic service, Stephen's managed everything with insurance including my rental with the partnered Enterprise arrangement they have. Dropped my car off, got in my rental and was back in a week to pickup my car. Front end bumper and spoiler replacement...stellar work. Staff inside offered clear guidance on the process and entire experience.

Shawn did an excellent job helping me through the process of my truck repairs. He coordinated my rental car to get to the shop when I was there to save me the time of having to go pick that up. Very happy with the work that was done on my truck and it looks fantastic.

The communication was not as stated when bringing my vehicle in. And only when I called was I informed of the delays and that my vehicle would be ready for pickup the following day. At the least I would have liked to know that my insurance was being tricky and or you couldn't locate a part. Now the work done on my car was fantastic despite a small piece of bent plastic near the tire. However when leaving the lot and heading back home I started to hear a clicking noise on the left side of my vehicle. Now typically I'd write it off as nothing, but this is the second time I've gotten a vehicle back from you and had it returned with an interior mechanical issue. The prior repair done by Stephen's returned my car to me with the scraping noise on the right side of the vehicle. Also not Stephen's fault but after I had returned the rental Enterprise charged me five days later a 155$ additional driver fee with no warning. This led to me overdrafting my bank account whilst attempting to pay for my pets surgery. And I still don't have the money back! Overall this whole process was a nightmare and now I need to pay for mechanical fixes.
