Great job from start to finish. Stephen’s made the whole transaction seamless. They had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car and when they finished the job, making my car look like it was brand new, I was able to return the rental car to their place of business, therefore eliminating another trip to the rental car office. Highly recommend Stephen’s to friends and family and anyone that may be in need of their services.

This was a seamless process from start to finish. My rental car was ready on the first day that I dropped my car off. That was all I had to do. The awesome Manager, Shawn Bolger assisted me with the entire process and my car was done when promised. Highly recommend this company.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a body shop/mechanic. I brought my car in after a side collision, and somehow they managed to return it in WORSE condition than before. First of all, they replaced my LED headlight with a completely different factory-style light, so now both headlights are different colors. It looks ridiculous at night and makes the car look cheaply repaired. I honestly cannot understand how any professional shop thinks that’s acceptable. But the worst part is the brakes. Before the accident, my car was perfectly fine mechanically and made absolutely NO noise. The moment I picked it up from this shop, the brakes started making an insanely loud grinding/screeching noise, and it keeps getting worse every day. At this point, the car feels unsafe and almost impossible to drive comfortably. It’s unbelievable that a car can go in for body work and come out with brake problems that never existed before. The quality of work is careless, unprofessional, and honestly concerning. I trusted this shop with my vehicle and completely regret it. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want more problems than you started with.

The experience with Maphre Insurance and Steven’s was flawless. Other than being a victim of a parking lot hit and run the outcome was great. I called Marcphre o. Saturday Monday a 9 am got email by 10 got call from Steven’s. Dropped truck off on Thursday , reviewed edge call Wednesday that work was done . Turned in rental keys . So simple , as good experience of customer service service as I ever experienced. Time will tell about quality but from service experience I expect zero issues

I was victim of a parking lot hit and run. I have Maphe insurance. The coordination between my free insurance and Stevens auto was seamless. Truly the best customer service I’ve had in 10 years at least . communication was excellent, got a rental car which they have enterprise in their shop gave me a better vehicle than I actually have which is a truck a Nissan frontier and when the work was done, which was less than a week I got a call. I walked in turned in the key and I was gone. It was seamless was fantastic so I was assuming the work down on my truck goes along that line. I’m so happy with the experience other than being unhappy that someone hitting around me I give them five stars .
