Amazing service from beginning to end. I loved the text updates about my car’s status and the rental car arrangements made in advance on my behalf. The shop even took the time out to break and explain the all the paperwork and what exactly was fixed and how it was done!

Very efficient with great quality work done. However, they mistakenly charged me the whole LM estimated repair amount in error, which caused me to have to go back for a partial refund.

The body work looks good, but the new muffler that I needed is much louder than the original one. Don't want to call Sterling Auto Body knowing how defensive they get when questioned.

It took 5 weeks for my repair. Very defensive when I called in November to ask why the estimated time was going to be a month. I thought maybe some parts were delayed because everything is delayed now with supply chain issues. The man I spoke with thought I was accusing them of not working hard, but I was just curious which parts were delayed or some other issue.
