Eric and Bruce at Sterling auto body went above and beyond to make sure my car came back to me like it was straight off the showroom floor! They took their time and were quick and efficient while fixing my car. They return my call literally 10 mins after I left a message with them to start the process. They went the extra mile by bringing me home so I could get my car to them on a Friday of all days so they could start working on it asap. They kept me on top of all of the progress as they made it… Giving me an effective timeline of when I could expect my car back. And to put the cherry on top of this process, they even returned the car to me when I didn’t have a ride to come get it.! They stand by their service because when there was an issue with a high beam, they return to my house to get the car immediately fixed it and returned it once again to me the next day. I cannot say enough good things about sterling auto body. !!!

Needed to fix the car after I got the car back.

The gentleman when I went to pick up my vehicle was extremely rude because I had a deductible waiver and he wanted that deductible, then was super mad because parts of my car were late and they had to go of their way to fix my car to then get my car and in 2 days my car sounded horrible so many things were wrong with it that today 10/14/21 we no longer have the vehicle. Will not recommend this shop to anyone i feel like it was for the money.
