Particular attention was paid to the finishes and the areas that adjoined the damaged sections. After the repair those areas were seemless in color and finish. The shop owner informed me, prior to the repair, that it would be necessary to complete these repairs. He informed me well and shared the reasons for every one of the repairs.

I got a VERY detailed explanation of what was going to be done to my car! Since they were reviewing someone else’s work, I got a “walk-through” all around the car with explanations as to what was done and how they would check it. And most importantly, I was not treated like I knew nothing. Much appreciated! And... most importantly, they corrected the error!!! Yay!!!
