I phoned three days prior to bringing on my truck and asked if it would be okay if I dropped my truck off Friday morning. The representative said, "Sure, no problem". However, when I dropped my tuck off on that Friday morning, the guy working the body shop desk claimed that he had no idea I was dropping my truck off. Nonetheless, he accepted my truck and did his job well.

I have always had great service from Steve Schmitt for the past 20 Year?s. I believe my problems are more insurance related than repair service related. I hope everything will be resolved.

Replacement parts were inferior to what was on the vehicle prior to collision. This is probably due to insurance regulations more than Steve Schmitt.
