I was told to call a certain day and Tracy was not very pleasant. She told me me abruptly that she would call when the car was ready I’d call when she told me to but I guess she forgot. Was very nice the first couple of days and went down hill after that . She didn’t call when the car was ready one of the managers called. She was definitely avoiding me. Other than that it was ok but it still took a month to get my car. Thank you and have a great weekend

First time I went to pick up my car, the hood was extremely crooked and the quarter panel they replaced was too high on the car. I told him about it. They said they would fix it. I went back the next day to pick up my car. I noticed that the quarter panel they replaced does not fit into the headlight properly. The front bumper does not line up with the headlight they replaced or bumper. And the front bumper is chipped underneath the headlight.
