The work is great but I wish the communication was better. I was told is was gonna take two weeks and I feel if I didn’t continue contact it would have took almost a month. But yall do great work and were quick to respond.

The associates were all so very nice, respectful and helpful in all information they provided and how Tom and I were treated . Rebecca was excellent as our estimator and providing updates along the way. Hunter and front office staff I met were great and seeing our long time friend, Joe, who has been with Stinnett’s for years was a pleasure. Car was picked up in excellent condition and more done than expected. The detail work and cleaning, inside and out, of our car was very appreciated. I will definitely do some bragging about Stinnett’s handling of all done to our Lexus.
