Bumper and quarter were done well, the rocker panel repair (which wasn't from the accident) has paint chips in the clear coat on the top of the panel

Was lied to about the price after they said a new bumper had to be put on, they repaired sections not damaged in the accident and charged more for it, I believe they hit my front right quarter panel with a door and tried to fix the paint as well as breaking my bumper and trying to say it happened in the crash.
