Scheduled 20k mile maintenance online. Repeatedly asked what I wanted done when I dropped it off. Then offered the oil changed, on an electric car. I'm still not confident all of the Ford recommended service was done. Service record does not show 20k maintenance complete. Documents do not show cabin air filter was checked or changed.

I would like to thank the team at Stivers Collision Center for their exceptional work on the repair of my wife’s new Acura RDX. A few weeks ago, we were side-swiped on the passenger side of our vehicle which damaged the front bumper, hood, grille, headlight, front and rear quarter panel(s), mirror and both doors on the passenger side. Quite honestly, the whole passenger’s side body needed replaced. Stivers Collision Center’s customer service and professionalism is absolutely amazing! Once they were in contact with my insurance company, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. When I dropped the car off to the shop, my rental was already there waiting for me. I received frequent updates on the progress of my vehicle’s repair at least once a day. I was astonished by their proficiency, attentiveness and overall simplicity of the customer’s process. It was such a breeze and unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been. Now, by the time Stivers had received the repair parts for my vehicle, it was ready for me to pick up in less than a week! I was amazed how quickly they were able to order/receive the parts, prime/paint, and then put my vehicle back together like it was brand spanking NEW! When I picked up our Acura RDX, it looked better than the day that I drove it off the car lot. It was detailed from bumper to bumper (inside and out). The vehicle had never looked better! I truly believe that the staff at Stivers Collision Center really care about the work that they do because their finished product confirms just that. Thank you to everyone out at Stivers Collision Center for everything! How could I ever go anywhere else after experiencing such grade-A service…..I won’t! I highly recommend Stivers Collision Center for all of your repair needs as they are second to none!
