The work done is unacceptable as is and needs to be corrected. In the rush to pick up the truck after hours the quality of the repairs were not inspected at the time and will require rework. Have not been able to contact office by phone as yet, please call me ASAP. RON 618-466-0714

Repair looked good, but heard thumping sound when driving post repair. When I took it to my mechanic, he discovered the truck bed bolts had been left loose and truck bed was bouncing.
