Bob and the team at Studer were quick to help when we hit a coyote with our Chevy Trax. They arranged the tow, they were thorough in their evaluation of the damage, and the communication through the process was top notch. Our car was fixed and we were back in action in what felt like no time. We highly recommend Studer!

From my very first contact with the team, I experienced nothing but professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for my situation. The customer service was exceptional — they made the entire process smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed every step of the way. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I understood the work that would be done and the timeline involved. Most importantly, the quality of the repair work was outstanding. My vehicle looks as good as new — you’d never know it had been in an accident. The attention to detail and craftsmanship truly stood out.

I am extremely satisfied with the repair work done on my vehicle. Actually it all started when Studer was recommended by my dealership for the extensive repair work to my vehicle. It continued when I met with Bob for the initial estimate. The fact that they have plaques on the walls representing both the insurance company and the car manufacturer shows they have been approved by both companies. You have to earn those plaques. I was given the estimate that detailed what repairs were needed and the cost. I was given an indication of when the parts would be received. Which was accurate as well as the estimated time of the completion. Bob was very professional. I would highly recommend Bob and Studer to anyone who needs auto body work.

Very pleased with ease of working with Bob and the professional manner of his operation. The repairs were completed as outlined in my estimate. From the day I was in his office for the estimate of repairs and saw the earned plaques on the wall from both the insurance company handling my claim to the plaque for the manufacturer of my car I knew it was a reputable business. In addition Studer Body and Paint was recommended to me by my dealership. The car looks fantastic and it was ready when promised. I also appreciated that they kept me informed as to the status of my repairs. I would highly recommend Studer and Bob the owner to Amy one needing auto body repairs.
