Since the first call to the shop it was a friendly and polite conversation with Bob, and that made me feel confident and reassure that everything was going to be ok. He booked my appointment with my rental car for me and even drove me to get my rental car. Studer fixed my car faster than I expected, and made a stressful event in my life feel like a breeze.
