I have never had a more positive experience with a car service shop in my 47 years of owning a vehicle. Bob Studer has his name on the business and he takes his reputation seriously. From the time I scheduled my appointment for review to the time I picked up the finished vehicle, he either called me or texted me to keep me informed of any potential delays and the target completion date. The vehicle was even done 2 days early. While I hope I never need body work again, I will not hesitate to enlist Bob’s services again if the need arises. I no a side note, this is the cleanest shop I have ever seen. It puts any others I have seen to shame.
