I have been a fan of stumpf Ford. And after this I need to go somewhere else.

Go to pick up the truck and the box is not centered. I talk to the body tech and he told me now days with Ford you get what you get. They are made that way. I asked the shop manager to fix it she said she just started in that position and doesn't know much about fixing it. And then told me they will take care of it. So I go back two days later and she tells me it can't be done,that there is no room for adjustment on those boxes. And gave me a phone number for the corporate office without me asking.thats strange no I am not happy and I purchased the vehicle there. Today I have some friends the have body shops I am going to talk to them.

The work that was done was done well, so I am happy with that.

We had to call them many times to see if our car was done and/or when it was going to be done. They told us to drop it off the night before. We call them two days after and they didn't tell us that they couldn't get to our car until the following tuesday. I am sorry but they should've call us asap about that and offered us a loaner car or something. they did say we could come and get the car but again we call a few times to know the status of our car.
