I went here based on a recommendation from a friend, thought we would try Les Stumpf vs our usual for ford dealer we used. Wanted to try, before purchasing, glad we did I will stick with my usual place.

I was told parts were ordered, they weren’t. I was told to bring my car in. It sat on the lot a week before they realized parts weren’t ordered and had no idea why it was there

I’ve never bought my vehicles from anywhere else but I don’t think I will be coming back- I’ve talked to more than a few people who don’t hold this place in very high regard. The actual body shop tech was very nice though.

The quality of the repair was great but there were a few things that were missed and I have to bring the car back again to gave them fixed.

My first interaction was great but after calling back with the 2 other things that need taking care of they very pretty short with me saying it wasn’t their fault but they’d take a look at it. These two things were missed prior to releasing the vehicle to me.

There is a time when in trying to get my car in sooner when they were backed up through November. They did repair the alignment which made the car drivable, kept the car to try and push it in, and nearly brought my rental coverage to max. To their credit, they did get it in and completed one day before my coverage ran out.

The guys were great. Took longer than anticipated but I was given weekly updates which put my mind to ease. From the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up I was treated respectfully. Would definitely recommend your work and fabulous customer service.
