It would have been nice to receive an update after they assessed the car for damage so I knew what else was being repaired bs what the insurance estimator said would be fixed. Also when I went to pick up car after hours I had to walk all the way to very back of the parking lot in the rain. Would have been nice if someone could have pulled the car to the front of the lot since they knew I was coming to pick it up that day.

The whole team in the body shop went well above customer service. With giving me a ride to Gabe's,to giving me a rental because of a part shipment problem to delivery my car to my home. This was the best experience I've ever had dealing with car repairs. I will definitely recommend Subaru of Beechmont for car service. Thank you

Body work was excellent. I can’t tell that there was ever any damage to my car. The price was reasonable. It was done timely and the car was returned spotless. Service was friendly and professional.

Unbelievably easy. The staff was courteous and friendly. Great experience. When I picked up my vehicle, a team member walked me out and explained what was done and what was covered under warranty.
