The quality of the work was excellent but the communication on how long was not good. I was told 2 weeks but it took 3 weeks. I had to stop and inquire until the last day once the 2 weeks were up.

People and repair itself rate a 10. Very accommodating and kind. Earned a 9 because the body work repair ( started after “all parts are in” ) took 6 weeks instead of the promised 2. Maybe not their fault and after 2 weeks of a rental car I received a dealer loaner car to use but I would have rather waited to take in my drivable car.
