Everyone I spoke with was polite and friendly. My reason for the lower scoring is I received conflicting info a few times. The biggest example is a I received a call that they hoped to start repairs the following week, and when I didn’t hear anything for two weeks, I stopped in. That day I was told parts were being ordered the next week. I appreciate that the intent was to make necessary repairs so I could drive the vehicle until full repairs were made, and that meant trying to find gaps of time. It just seemed like every time I received an update it was not inline with the last update.
