Amazing all around! Great communication during the process, pick up and drop off was easy. Inside of car was even cleaned! As a busy mom of 2, it was an amazing feeling getting into a very clean car, it meant a lot.

The team was very courteous and attentive. Patrick, especially, listened to the issues regarding the repair of my car. I had had an emergency medical issue with my son before dropping off the car.. he treated me as if I was his own mother, offering me coffee and telling me he would make sure that everything would be taken care of as far as my car was concerned. When I returned to pick up the car, the same courtesy was extended. If I ever have issues with the car again, I will definitely come back and that’s due to the the staff and especially Patrick and his genuine care of a total stranger filled with anxiety. Thank you 🙏

Unfortunately, I have had 3 incidents that have required body work for my Kia. FORTUNATELY- I have Sugar Hill to bring it to! Patrick has always been a pleasure to work with as I navigated the claim process. Introduced to Cole this time around and a pleasure too!
