Got my car back and had check engine light on that was not on prior to bringing the car in. When trying to bring the car back, I was told it wasn’t their fault and was given issues about having the light rectified, even though there was proof through photos it did not come in with the light on. Had to come back to have that fixed even though the car was supposed to be done. Also, my car was varying to the right due to it not having a wheel alignment that was supposed to have been done in the first place. Very unsafe! I literally had to keep my steering wheel turned to the right to even be able to drive the car back to them . Wouldn’t recommend going to them if you have an older car because they will try to use the fact your old car is old for the reason it has problems once they work on it. If the car was that old in the beginning, you shouldn’t have agreed to work on it, instead of doing work just to get the insurance companies money and leaving the Customer with a mechanic bill that shouldn’t exist. Or for the more if you did see issues with the cars age at least let the customer know prior to instead of push pushing them to sign to get it fixed . Hopefully no accidents like this happen in the future, but if they do, I will go to an actual dealership to have my car worked on versus an a recommended shop by the insurance company.

From the 1st phone call with Donovan, communication and service was 5 stars. From the staff at front desk to the gentlemen who were able to answer my questions about the repair. The texts which update the repair and when work will be completed were very helpful. Collision Pros detailed my car inside and out. I was impressed with how they cleaned interior I called back to get the name of the product they used on dash. The coordination between state farm and enterprise rental car was amazing. Made the whole repair seamless communication. Whole experience was top notch. Kudos to the staff at Summit Collision Pros very professional and I highly recommend them 5 stars!

Yes I would highly recommend summit collision pros. If I ever need my car serviced after an accident they would be my first call. So happy they are connected with staye farm my insurer. State Farm wanted to send me.to a competitor. I requested a summit collision pros and so glad I did! They delivered excellent service from the repair to the car rental
