My car was scheduled to be fixed in November, then I got a call to move it to December because someone was on FMLA leave. I was told it would be finished in one week, and I could get it on Monday. It ended up not being ready until Thursday. This caused a problem because my daughter came home from college, and we had to share a car for 5 days. I wouldn't have scheduled it in Dec if I knew it would late in being fixed. It was a frustrating experience. Also, I don't understand why your initial estimate to fix it was so far off. Your estimate came in at $2000, then the insurance estimate came in at $2500 then you had to get $900 more dollars from insurance.

Porsche service center emloyees are very unkind and rude. Especially the one who receives the customer call and technician christian. And Jeremy from collision center yelled at me because I call him few times in an hour. I will never visit here to fix my car or other service.
