When attempting to get updates I was given misinformation and when asked to speak with someone else I was placed on hold 3 different times with no success. I went to the shops and spoke with John who took time to explain the correct reason for the delay and also expedited getting my car back before our trip.

I just drove my repaired vehicle 1,300 miles and at this point it drives as good as new. Also, regarding the appearance of the vehicle, the paint job, and the lines and spaces between panels, etc look very good also. I will take a closer look as I have arrived at my destination after 3 days driving but don't anticipate any problems.
