My job was very small, so I think it only got worked on when the larger jobs had slack time. I probably would recommend smaller jobs like mine look for a smaller shop.

Trim cap piece covering lower part of driver's side of windshield is loose. It didn't appear to have been properly seated during installation. I tried to install it correctly, but it is still not as tight fitting as the matching piece on the passenger side of windshield. I may have to bring it back if it loosens up more again. Other than this issue, I'd give a 10.
