I find it strange that things I didn't do last time are not necessary to address but there are always new things "suggested". I have a hard time trusting the unnecessary push for things that don't need to be done to my vehicle.

I felt that the repairs were done in an excellent manner some of the communications between the new Rental and me and State Farm and the collision center were a bit off, but otherwise it was an unusually good experience. thank you very much

Job was completed within time estimated. Liked that paint was blended into adjoining panels. This was a major concern of mine. Also liked that I was able to leave rental car at repair shop and they handled the return. Repair did cost more than original estimate although it was more complicated than I thought it would be.I used this body shop for a repair on a previous Toyota and was happy with the repair. I would use them again. Of course I prefer not having someone do a hit and run to my car!
