Took the time to buff out some scratches we noticed and to make an adjustment on the hood alignment while we waited. Also sent our car up to service as we requested for an oil change prior to our arrival. Nice one stop shop experience

Service is great as always! I still think the antenna cover attachment is a manufacturer defect. The plastic clips are not substantial enough to not degrade under sun, heat, and wind. After mine came off, I accidentally broke one of the remaining clips off with light pressure of one finger. 2025 Equinox with 11500 miles

Unfortunately, I would be very unlikely to recommend Sunnyside Collision Center based on my experience. Communication was lacking throughout the repair process, and I was not kept informed about the status of my vehicle or the specific work being performed. I was also surprised to learn about my $500 deductible at pickup, as this had not been clearly explained beforehand. Better communication, clearer expectations, and more proactive customer service would have made a significant difference in my overall experience.

Dissatisfied. The staff were nice at first, but the pickup experience really changed my impression. When I was ready to pay, the employee was dismissive and ignored me while I was standing there waiting. On top of earlier communication issues, that final interaction felt unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated with the overall customer service.
