The entire staff was very professional and was just 2 days late of their deadline. Only thing I nicked 1 point was their lack of communication toward the end.

Everything was fine until I picked up my vehicle, there was clearcoat overspray on my windshield and the windshield frame. Not sure how it made it from the paint shop and to the detail shop and then to myself without being cleaned off. Needless to say by the time I noticed it, they were closed and I had to come back to get it cleaned off.

I would advise work was good but, go over vehicle checking it closely and give my vehicle as an example.

The repairs were done to my satisfaction, how ever two items were not. A truck cap had to be removed to paint one side, upon reinstalling cap a gasket between cap and truck was left out. I purchased gasket and collision Manger had it installed. I did not notice upon picking truck that the trailer plug mounted in the new bumper was installed upside down. Rather then go back to dealer, I got under the bumper and corrected the problem.
