I was very surprised at the lack of any kind of communication. I would send an email in response to the quote and hear nothing back. Then called to schedule a time to bring it in, only to find out Dave, the person I talked to about the repair said he already scheduled me to bring it I'm, yet never communicated that to me. So did he really have me on the schedule, or was he just covering his tracks of no responses...?

The repair is fine as well as I can tell. I noticed that the emblems on the tailgate were installed on the sides opposite where they were originally. While I was willing to accept the vehicle with this error, the service writers insisted that they would correct their mistake. New emblems were ordered and are scheduled to be installed Friday, December 30th at no charge.
