Several complaints starting with no communication about appointment made with no phone call to inform me of it. I had to call after two weeks of bringing the car in for assessment, then there was an appointment made for repair with no call on that appointment . I had to make all the calls to stay on top of the situation. Repair was scheduled for over a month later and on my call to confirm found out that I was to call insurance company to verify rental no knowledge of that. Was told to come after 1pm so they could clean my car before I picked it up, got in and the whole car was covered in white dust like they sanded with window open. Never cleaned inside! Will not deal with sunny side again!!
