Vehicle was left with overspray all over windshield and hood. Was told Friday before picking up that we would have to wait till Monday which meant we were paying for a rental all weekend. I asked if we could forgo the “detail” and they advised they couldn’t because they needed to remove overspray. Monday morning at 8am we get a call that the vehicle is ready. Needless to say it was not detail and we ended up having to make an extra trip for them to do what they said they would do in the first place

The folks at the Sunset Cadilac Body Shop were terrific. That knew their stuff, were great in explaining what was happening to me and patiently listened. Yes, they listened. They even went above and beyond to find parts that were initially hard to get in a timely manner. Of course I don't plan on needing a body shop in the future (this was my first time), but if I did, I would nbot hesitate to go to these folks.

Basically for the reason that they didn't accept responsibility for my car having been driven 57 miles while there - not good practice for a business.

I had to take the car back to have a few things corrected...nothing major, but minor problems with the attachment of trim pieces and buffing out a couple of places on the paint, etc. There were problems with electrical things not being hooked up also. All were completed satisfactorily. The one thing NOT satisfactorily addressed is the fact that 57 miles were put on my car while it was there for over 2 weeks & the gas tank was EXTREMELY low, proving it was driven 57 miles while there, which was vehemently denied by my advisor. I have photos taken at drop off & again at pick up of the mileage & the gas tank.
