There was a grim mark located in the interior of my car that was not there when I dropped it off. Either came from body shop or your service department. Body shop used a cleaner after I came back and requested they clean it. The point is that my car did not return to me in the same shape I left it besides the repairs to the bumper.

I am very pleased with the repairs to my vehicle my biggest concern was the paint job the metallic gray. I know that’s just one of the things to go into the Repair but everything looks great thank you. I even mentioned to the other insurance company they paid for the repairs to recommend you for their customers.

I am very pleased with my truck repairs the bodywork and the paint look great one thing I always say about ALL surveys that they are taken initially, but the true result should be six months down the road and see how everything held up. So check with me again in six months. But at this point great job.
