The initial completed work was not up to satisfaction. The Jeep badge on the hood was improperly placed and rock chips next to the repair looked bad. To the credit of the shop, they corrected all of this and the finished product was up to par. It took a little longer. I’d hate to think that it would have been released with improper placing of the badge if I did not know better about the badge.

took to long to get it finished and they needed to check parts when they come in to make sure they are not broken and not when its time to put them on, and then having to reorder them which took days. or paint

I totally would if I knew they wouldn’t steer people to another rental car company. That was a bit of a turn off. I like Enterprise. Solely Enterprise. And refused their RAC choice at time of drop off. I wish they would have told me sooner. I arranged with Enterprise and think they are truly superior. I’m loyal to them and that’s likely my main hesitation of referring you all is that you don’t refer to enterprise. Maybe give the customer a choice? I mean I would solely refer to enterprise

Repair seemed good. Nicely done I think. I’m no body expert. I would have liked if they had checked and repaired the nail in the tire I pointed out, that he said he would fix but didn’t. Caused me more issues and additional time in another tire repair shop. That was disappointing. Likely a follow up miss on their part.
