My insurance agent recommended your body shop. My teenage driver ran her 2017 Volkswagen Beetle into every curb possible, another car which dented her rear fender and had someone else rear end her during a traffic stop on Ballas Road. In short, the car was not a wreck but a little beat up. I didn't want to send it though my insurance because I figured the insurance increase would be more than paying to fix the car. Suntrup Ford gave me a thorough quote and was flexible about scheduling. I appreciated that they contacted me during the repair to suggest a change in plan. Originally, the plan was to repair the bumper cover. Suntrup suggested replacing it for an added $300 cost and a much better result instead of fixing. I'm glad they asked. I approved the change. Suntrup sent me lots of emails with updates and estimated finish dates. The car looks brand new. They did an excellent job. I love that they returned a fixed, clean car to me. I would recommend this body shop to anyone.

Everyone that I talked to at the collision shop was very nice and helpful. I loved getting email updates about when my car would be ready for pick up.Hopefully we don’t need any more repairs to our cars but if we do we will definitely chose Suntrup Collision!

I brought my truck in to the collision repair department after an unfortunate break-in/vandalism incident. Tammy and and Scott were such a great help from my first call to inquire about the repair. They kept me informed and were thorough with the explanation of the process and what was needed. I had a family vacation planned and needed the truck to tow our RV. They went out of their way to expedite the completion of the needed repairs and we were able to pick up the vehicle and proceed with our trip as planned. Thank you!!
