Nobody wants to have to have their car in the body shop; however, if I ever have to again- I would choose Suntrup Collision. Tammy and Rick communicated with me every step of the way. BEST part was not only did they fix my car, but detailed the interior- I felt like I was getting a new car!

They were able to get me in quickly and the communication during the entire process was great. When I picked up my car, they had done a great job and it was so clean. They did a really excellent job and I will certainly be recommending them in the future.

We weren’t given any type of ETA for work completion. I was given different answers every time I reached out for an update. I explained that we were going to run out of our rental coverage and was told: If you think having your car stolen is bad, you should try working on them. The utter lack of communication is my main reason for the poor rating. I have been having my cars serviced by Suntrup for over 15 years and have never had such poor service.
