the people I dealt with were friendly and nice to me, and the repair work was good. My only real complaint is that communication could have been better. Overall, I am satisfied with my vehicle repair.

The manager didn't call me back one day after he said he would to let me know if my vehicle would be ready or not the next day. This caused me and my wife to make a wasted trip to get my vehicle, but it wasn't ready.

The body work and paint were done very well. The fit of the trunk lid as well as some other trim issues inside the trunk were substandard.
