Super Auto Dent did a great job repairing my car. From the moment I drove onto the lot, I was greeted warmly. I was asked about the repair needed and taken to the office. They handled everything from there. I appreciated the regular text updates on the status of my car. My car looked great from the repair and they cleaned it to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this auto body repair shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and honest. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and took the time to answer all of my questions. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My vehicle looks absolutely amazing—as if the damage had never happened. The paint matched perfectly, and every detail was completed with precision and care. They finished the repairs on time and returned my car clean and looking brand new. It’s hard to find a business that truly values customer service and takes pride in their craftsmanship, but this shop does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision or auto body repairs. Thank you for your outstanding work and for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this auto body shop. While the cosmetic repairs made my vehicle look better, I have serious concerns about the quality and thoroughness of the work. After getting my vehicle back, I immediately noticed a loud metal-on-metal noise coming from the right side. When I returned, I was told that the rubber piece on top of the strut was missing. That should have been caught before the vehicle was returned to me. I was also informed that my vehicle was never driven during the repair process. A simple test drive likely would have revealed the problem before I picked it up. Even more concerning, the shop never checked my vehicle’s frame for damage after the accident. Since the repairs, my third row appears crooked, I hear wind coming into the cabin even with the windows closed, and the rear trunk area no longer sits level—it is noticeably angled. These issues make me question whether there is underlying structural damage that was never inspected. I feel that the shop focused only on the appearance of my vehicle while overlooking potential mechanical and structural issues. When I raised my concerns, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do. I expected a complete and professional repair, not just cosmetic work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone who wants the peace of mind that their vehicle has been thoroughly inspected and repaired.

Everything was super quick and they matched my paint exactly back to what it was. I’ve had bad experiences with other body shops here in Los Angeles and the color matching, but that wasn’t the issue with here. It was my first time using them and I would 10/10 recommend! They were also super communicative and friendly!
