It was a very pleasant experience with superstar Collision. From the moment I stepped into their office. They put me at ease immediately. I was only in the office about 5 minutes when they had me checked in and waiting on the rental car. When I picked up my car, it was ready and I was out the door with my fixed vehicle in 10 minutes. Awesome experience 👏

This claim was handled professionally, the work was done on time, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the finished repairs look great. My car is an LC 500 Lexus and I’m very happy with the service. I plan to use them again when needed and will refer them moving forward. A nice benefit is that I used enterprise for the temporary rent car which is just down the street and they facilitated picking up the car when the work was done.
