Car was given back to me dirty on the inside. They scratched my headlight & tried to gaslight me and say it was like that when I dropped it off. Pictures showed that wasn’t true. All they could do was “buff it out” which they informed me is a temporary fix. Once I got home I looked closely at the area they worked on I see a a bunch of scratches and a how terrible of a paint job they did. Theres multiple areas where the paint is literally chipped. My car was in their shop for 3 weeks & this is how I receive it back? It’s ridiculous. Will be contacting my insurance company to see how I can get this resolved. I know caliber will do nothing to resolve this matter only offer “temporary fixes” & I will be sure to tell everyone I know never to come here.

Paint is missing from a spot it wasn’t when the car was dropped off. I mean it drives fine I guess. I don’t think I should have to be the one to scrape the rest of the others person paint off my car either but hey
