Took a while to get in due to the volume of vehicles needing repair from the storm that came through. Once on the schedule it was in and out and vehicle looked great. Ken kept me updated.

It took so long to finish the work. I chose Superior because the insurance company said it would be faster to get my vehicle fixed. I was very disappointed how long it took to complete the work. I was never given an update unless I contacted the office first. Finally, after many phone calls and messages, it was finally done. I have worked with other vendors that got work done that was way more complex much quicker. Your location is in a very busy intersection which makes it difficult to get to. There also is no disability parking so when I came to pick up my vehicle I had to park the furthest away from the building and dodge mechanics moving vehicles around me when I am trying to get in the building with my cane.
