Even though my Encore is 11 yrs old, she's my "baby" and I was grateful that my insurance agreed to repair it after a round with a deer. I am so pleased with how it looks like it came from the show room after picking it up this morning! They were friendly from start to finish. Thank you for making this old lady happy 😊

The receptionist is fantastic, her name is Ashley; she deserves a 10. As for the work, the backend looks good. However, typical sloppy tech mistakes. Blue paper towel and white powder substance left in my trunk. Seems the black plastic is not as secure as it should be and there is now a lump on the trunk floor that didn’t exist beforehand. There was a white mark by the gas door area; now there are 2.
